The Paiste Twenty Light Ride Cymbal is actually a fairly new cymbal. It was first produced in 2007, and it is made out of one of Paiste’s traditional bronze alloys. Using techniques developed in Turkey over decades and mixing in some of the methods used by the Swiss, this hand-made cymbal blends old, new, and several different traditions together to create one very unique cymbal.
